Ingredients

Flour                                              200 gm

Baking powder                            12.5 gm

Baking soda                                 7.5 gm

Cocoa powder                             87.5 gm

Eggs                                               2

Oil                                                  150 gm

Milk                                               150 gm

Brown powdered sugar             300 gm

Vanilla essence                            1/2 tsp

Hot water                                     150 gm

Procedure

-Mix milk, brown sugar, vanilla essence, hot water, and half oil right now and beat until the sugar is slightly dissolved, You can beat it with regular whisk; no need of the beater. .

-Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda cocoa powder and eggs after sifting, so there are no lumps. Then add in the above mixture. .

-In the end add hot water and that will dissolve the remaining sugar. Also add half of the oil now. .

-Preheat the stove for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

-Slice the baking paper as per your cake tin base and pour in the combination.

-Bake the cake for 30–35 35 minutes or until the toothpick comes clear when you prick. .

-Your Alaska sponge is ready now.

Chocolate Ganache.

-Dark Chocolate      200gm

-Cream                      100gm

-Milk                          37.5 gm

Mix everything in the bowl and put it in the microwave oven until it melts or melt it on double boiler. .

Cream

-Heavy cream 200 gms

-Cocoa powder as much as needed to bring a light brown color. -Icing sugar according to your sweetness -Whip it until it’s nice and thick, don’t over beat it. .

LAYERING.

-First cut a meager layer of the cake from top, then cut 3 cuts of the wipe. Put the first layer of wipe on, sprinkle some milk on the wipe, add a little ganache and a layer of cream, then add chocolate chips and pecans in the event that you like. Put the second layer, follow similar advances, and afterward add the last layer, sprinkle some milk, spread the cream icing, and afterward  add the chocolate ganache. Furthermore, your cake is prepared, brighten as you like.
