beetroot salad

BEET ROOT SALAD

  • beet root 2 cut into julienne
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Cook a the above till tender and water dries up.

Cool it and top with sesame seeds.

Chill it in fridge for few hours.
