BEET ROOT SALAD
- beet root 2 cut into julienne
- Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Water 2 cups
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Cook a the above till tender and water dries up.
Cool it and top with sesame seeds.
Chill it in fridge for few hours.
