Chicken Tikka Boti
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Chicken tandoori/tikka masala 4 tbsp.
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp.
- Crushed cumin ½ tbsp.
- Garam masala ½ tbsp.
- Lemon juice 1 lemon
- Vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Green chilli paste 1 tbsp.
- Oil 4 tbsp.
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp.
- Yellow/orange food color a pinch
Method
- Marinate the chicken for 3 to 4 hours
- Keep it on stove and cook till dry and tender.
- Give coal smoke
- Chicken tikka boti is ready to serve.
Note: Don’t Add Water While Cooking
