COLESLAW

Ingredient

  • 1 cabbage, finely shredded
  • ½ Carrot, grated
  • 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Castor sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tsp black pepper

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, and carrots.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over cabbage and carrot.
  • Mix until vegetables are well coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mints.
  • coleslaw is ready.
