COLESLAW
Ingredient
- 1 cabbage, finely shredded
- ½ Carrot, grated
- 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp Castor sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tsp black pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, and carrots.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over cabbage and carrot.
- Mix until vegetables are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mints.
- coleslaw is ready.
