SPAGHETTI SALAD
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 200 g
- French dressing sauce 4 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Mint leaves ¼ bunch or ¼ cup
- Coriander leaves ½ bunch or ½ cup
- Jalapeno 4 to 6 slices
- Garlic cloves 3 cloves
- Spring onions 1 leave whole
Method
- Boil spaghetti as directed.
- Put French dressing sauce, Mint leaves, Coriander leaves, Jalapeno, Garlic cloves, Spring onions into a grinder. Grind till it become paste.
Seasoning sauce is ready.
- Add the cooled spaghetti into a bowl Pour the dressing over the top and toss gently to combine
French dressing sauce
Oil ½ cup
Vinegar ¼ cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Put in a55 bottle and mix it thoroughly.
