SPAGHETTI SALAD

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti 200 g
  • French dressing sauce 4 tbsp.
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves             ¼ bunch or ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch or ½ cup
  • Jalapeno 4 to 6 slices
  • Garlic cloves 3 cloves
  • Spring onions 1 leave whole

Method

  • Boil spaghetti as directed.
  • Put French dressing sauce, Mint leaves, Coriander leaves, Jalapeno, Garlic cloves, Spring onions into a grinder. Grind till it become paste.

Seasoning sauce is ready.

  • Add the cooled spaghetti into a bowl Pour the dressing over the top and toss gently to combine

 

French dressing sauce    

Oil           ½ cup

Vinegar   ¼ cup

Salt          ¼ tsp

Black pepper       ¼ tsp

Mustard paste      ½ tsp

Garlic paste         ½ tsp

Sugar                   1 tsp

Put in a55 bottle and mix it thoroughly.
